The bead holds the tyre to the rim. It has to be right every time.
Polyplas represents Vipo of Slovakia for bead winding machines and Finemac of China for bead apexing systems. Steel wire is rubber-coated, wound into a precise bundle and fitted with its apex before it reaches the building drum.
A consistent bead is a tyre that seats on the rim, holds its pressure and runs true. Polyplas supports specification, installation and commissioning, so the bead line keeps pace with the building machines it feeds.
