Polyplas supplies segmented and two-piece moulds for PCR, TBR and OTR programmes from qualified international mould makers, alongside Vipo of Slovakia for bead winding and Finemac of China for bead apexing systems that feed the same build.
Mould procurement is specification work: tread pattern fidelity, venting strategy, steel and coating choices. Polyplas manages that specification conversation between plant and maker.
